Firrst of all I want to say fantastic blog! I hadd a quick question iin which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curioous to know how you cenyer yourself and clear your mind prior tto writing. I hawve had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
