Cancellation within 15 days of arrival is retained @ 100% with 0% refund.
Cancellation within 15-30 days of arrival is retained @ 50% with 50% refund.
Cancellation within 30-45 days of arrival is retained @ 25% with 75% refund.
Cancellation before 45 days of arrival is retained @ 0% with 100% refund.
• Kindly make the Advance Payments soon after finalizing your desired Itinerary. This helps us to ensure that the Hotels/Houseboats are not Sold Out.
• In case the Hotels/Houseboats shared in the Itinerary are Sold-Out at the time of Booking the Tour, we will share other Hotels/Houseboats options and you can choose from the alternate accommodations. Any increase in Tour Cost will be borne by the Traveler and likewise any decrease in Tour Cost will be adjusted by us.
• As per Kashmir Tourism Advisory, all Visitors are advised to Hire Union Taxis for Sightseeing within the vicinities of Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg & other destinations in Kashmir except Srinagar. Our Drivers will provide full assistance in hiring the Taxis in such locations.
• Your Prepaid Sim cards will not work on your Trip to Kashmir & Ladakh, kindly arrange a Postpaid/Pre-on-Postpaid Sim on your own beforehand.
